Why Booking a Wedding Band Can Really Raise the Roof!

We’ve spoken before about why we recommend considering having live musicians at your wedding and in particular a lively band for your reception but after two weekend weddings with some absolutely incredible atmospheres on the dance floor we thought it was about time we re-emphasised the point! Now don’t get me wrong, DJ’s and even carefully chosen playlists can often create plenty of excitement and set the tone for some lively dancing, but just as a live concert tends to create a more raucous atmosphere than watching a band’s latest video, there’s nothing quite like the electricity that’s created in the room by a really exciting live band. But don’t take our word for it, sometimes a picture tells a thousand stories so we thought today we’d share with you one or two pictures of the kind of frenzied dance floor we’re talking about from some of our favourite bands we’ve photographed at weddings!
