Happy Valentines Day all!

To celebrate this, the most romantic day of the year… or what Dom and I call “Disaster day”… we have a post straight from the heart, written by the lovely Michael and Andrea from the fantastic Bohemian Weddings.

We hope you all have a fantastic valentines, full of romance, love and free of the type of disaster we’re bound to find ourselves in! But for now let’s get you into the mood and hand over to Michael and Andrea…

We have never been in to the whole ‘Valentines Day’ thing, but it wasn’t until this year that it got me thinking, why?

Last year was a busy one for us, we started a new photography business whilst having other jobs / businesses already. Yet we do things together regularly and have always managed to find time for each other. For us, knowing what is important to each other in our relationship as well as our business is vital. How else can we expect to attract our like minded bohemian customers? 😉

We love each other and we are best friends so why don’t we adorn the day of red?

Don’t be My Valentine

Today my love is a special day, let me explain why,

For I will not be showering you with roses, chocolates or bumf

You are not my valentine

 Today is a day like any other, for the love we share is real

At the end of a long day, tired and hungry, you still have that sex appeal

My universe, my rock, my inspiration and all, how can it be for one day?

Where every day is special with you, for now forever and always.

The little things are what make it special, they happen each and every day

Watch carefully though and take time not to miss them, they are beautiful in so many ways

 

This is us but also you, these moments in time we did steal,

So why limit love for just one  day, don’t be a valentine, be real.
